Electric Cars Tesla’s Elon Musk sets March for affordable new electric car debut
Electric Cars Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced via Twitter Wednesday, September 3, 2015, that the Model 3, Tesla’s mass marketed electric car will be unveiled next March 2016 with a competitive price of approximately $35,000.
He says the Model 3, “our smaller and lower cost sedan,” will start production in two years.
