LeTV, the No. 1 streaming TV service in China, much like Netflix, is developing an electric car to take on Electric Car Maker Tesla Motors. They’ve hired 600 people, including 200 stationed in the U.S.— including people from Tesla, BMW, and GM already familiar with the electric car industry.
