Elon Musk tweeted this weekend that the displays in Tesla electric cars would be able to stream Netflix and YouTube when stopped. This should be an interesting concept? When I am stopped in my car that isn’t the first thing I think of doing. But perhaps I am in the minority on this. What do you think?
He also wrote that the feature will have an “amazingly immersive, cinematic feel due to the comfy seats & surround sound audio.” Now when you have friends over you can all go out and sit in your Tesla and watch Netflix.
Musk also stated that Teslas would be adding video while cars are moving. This will apply to self-driving cars once they are approved. Yes, but will I be able to watch cat videos is the real question!
This of course comes as no surprise for Telsa owners, as Musk had announced at the 2019 E3 expo in Los Angeles that he was planning on adding YouTube to Tesla Electric Cars.
